Las Vegas Wedding Caterers - Catering
|
Choosing a caterer for your wedding can often times be confusing and stressful, so before you begin contacting caterers for your wedding, there are a few details that you should try to figure out (see below).
- Certainly, it is helpful to know the date and location of your wedding and reception so that you can speak with the caterers about their availability.
- It will also be helpful if you can provide a rough count of invitees that will be eating.
- Sometimes, the reception location itself dictates the caterer you will decide to use. Resorts, inns, museums, and and other wedding reception venues often have their own staff or a preferred caterer or can offer a list that you could use when choosing the caterer.
- Do you have a preference regarding the style of dress the caterer's employees use at formal settings?
- Do your guests have any diet restrictions or special requests you need to know about before the event? Some caterers will provide a few vegetarian meals at no extra cost and will cook a few extra regular meals in case of unexpected guests.
- Have a rough idea what you are willing to pay per person for each of the catering services you are interested in, e.g. dinner, appetizers, etc. Most caterers quote an average price per person based upon the menu you choose.
Once you've done this, you can enter your zip code on the top of the panel to the left to view a list of caterers serving your area that are perfect for your wedding.
